Scientific Software Group is committed to providing value to every customer. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We allow our customers to return most products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the way some of our software is licensed, not all titles are eligible for return. The following guidelines and instructions must be followed in order to process a return:
- Your request for a return must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Return requests must be made by calling 801-208-3011, or by sending an email to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Return requests must include the product purchased, the purchase date, the invoice number, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is authorized, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Each return MUST have a RMA number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise. This will enable us to process the return accurately and with a minimum of delay. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
- When returning product, we recommend the use of a carrier that tracks packages. SSG is not responsible for return shipping costs or for returned merchandise lost in transit.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging, CDs, serial numbers and manual.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
